«LEAK CLUB» — is a unique project of one enthusiast, that represents a scientific and creative association of talents in all forms of creative activity. He add a small amount of exact sciences and technologies to creativity, use neural networks and his abilities to try to create something new in all areas of digital art. The innovative and creative potential of the scientific community is studied in the context of social potential as a complex multi-level and multi-component system. The structure of innovative and creative potential is considered both at the personal level and at the level of the scientific community. The main factors determining the innovative activity of the scientific community are investigated.
