Charo is best known for his long standing residency [25 years] at one of the world's most renowned and beautiful clubs in lebanon , it’s legendary space “djcharo “. His deep & rocking house sets have made him a much respected DJ on the national and international dance music scene! djcharo became a DJ because he 'liked to share music with other people.his career starts as dj in radio stations in early 90's from radio vogue to 88.3 to france fm to blue fm to light fm to cool fm,he progressed and became resident dj for many clubs in lebanon and oustside the country,learning and perfecting his craft.djcharo has been working extremely hard to get his name known .Now he can look back on a career spanning more than 17 years as a DJ in the most acclaimed clubs around lebanon and other countries Originally from lebanon Charo starts his career on 1991 and soon made an impression on the country and started at the famous club ‘indiana ‘. Soon after his talents were recognized by indiana club and he was invited for a guest dj appearance. This turned out to be a huge turning point for both Charo and basement music production. He was able to push his DJ career to the next level with the lebanese clubs behind him and to inject some punch into the" ftv club" lebanon. Under Charo’s creative influence he was able to create a unique party atmosphere in The ftv club playing house music under many genres from US House to deep, soulful, funky and tribal house music. The atmosphere and musical content that Charo has created has helped to make djcharo club now legendary name across the world. His success there is reflected in his now 17th year of residency in the lebanese clubs. Subliminal Sessions, Defected, Def Mix, Roger Sanchez’s Release Yourself, Fuck Me I’m Famous, Renaissance, Pure Pacha and past Ministry Of Sound! He has played with some of the biggest and cutting edge names in house music With 2005 seeing Charo doing his own pubs and night clubs arround lebanon! . Charo’s talents don’t stop at the turntables, he has also been producing and remixing for over 10 years, In 2008 Charo was asked to join one of hottest tv shows in lebanon and the arab countries ! Charo has also collaborated in the studio with some other great djs and producers in the dance music scene
