О себе
Evanna Patricia Lynch is an Irish actress. Born in Dublin and residing in Co.Louth, she is one of four children. Evanna developed an interest in acting at a young age, when her teacher cast her in the lead role of the Catholic friar and preacher, Saint Francis of Assisi for a school play. Her professional career began in 2006 when, at the age of 14, she competed in an open audition against nearly fifteen thousand girls, and won the coveted role of Luna Lovegood in the popular "Harry Potter" movie franchise.
Evanna has never fully reconciled herself with the fact that she will not one day grow up into a cat, though concedes acting is the next best thing. Evanna is currently committed to acting, seeing it as a vital human experience that allows us to constantly expand our understanding of human nature and develop a more compassionate view on the world. Her dream is to someday be successful enough as an actress to front a weetabix campaign.
Evanna enjoys dancing, singing, reading, writing, art, yoga, cats of all shapes and sizes, and hanging out with her friends. She cites J.K.Rowling, Michael Jackson and her family as her inspirations. Evanna also works regularly with her favourite charities, "The Harry Potter Alliance" and is ambassador for the "MS Society of Ireland's" annual 'Readathon'.
