The IFBB is the largest fitness federation in the world, the aim of which is to promote health and fitness through physical culture, weight training, proper nutrition and lifestyle. I compete in the Bikini Fitness category which is aimed at women who are keeping their body in shape by eating healthily and keeping fit. In October 2014 I became the Overall British Champion and was awarded my Pro Card. In January 2015 I became the 3rd IFBB Pro Bikini from the UK to compete in the IFBB Professional League

My debut was in Las Vegas where I placed equal 6th in a line up of 23 Pros, check out my videos, website and YouTube for snippets of the all the fun and action. 2014 started really well with me winning the UKBFF UK National Championships on April 20th, gained my IFBB International card at the European Championships on 18th May. In June I finished 5th Place at the final of the Olympia Amateur Europe in Prague, in September 27th I took Bronze medal at the Arnold Classic Europe in Madrid and October 11th saw me become the UKBFF Overall British Champion in Bikini Fitness and gain my PRO card application. Next steps are the IFBB World Fitness Championships October 18th and then the Olympia Amateur Africa the following week before I turn my attention to the PRO Bikini circuit. 2012 was my first year venturing into modelling and I have to say it was more fun than I'd expected! I've met some amazing people and found out quite a lot about myself on the way. From the first photos that I had taken by Steve Wholey (2look photography) 2012 saw me fortunate enough to work with Tim Glasby on the Marmot 2013 Running catalogue and Urban Wear.
