I'm 152cm and 35kg. 72/55/82. It's genetic skinny, i always have a small body. So at school kids call me "skeleton", "mummy", "flat chest". It was offensively and when i was younger i were so shy girl because of my skinny.
When i grow up i understand thats is my individuality and make accent on photos with it. some tricks with poses to have more unrealistic body.
I try to live with healthy lifestyle, i eat 4-6 times per day, with many boiled vegetabels and meet or fish to have clean skin. I do simple gym to have toned body. I cant make any tips, cause every body is unical. Im still human and can be lazy at my gym or eat some junk food.
